Ginger & Tubers Sunshine Coast

The Sunshine Coast Food Directory lists many producers that grow a variety of unusual tubers. Some growers are growing ginger, turmeric and galangal specifically as additions to their own specialised curry pastes and preserves while others do supply to restaurants and occasionally have stalls at markets when harvest time comes around and that is where you will find bamboo shoots, turmeric and galangal and of course ginger.
