The Sunshine Coast and Surrounds hosts lots of great foodie events.  There are some fantastic cooking schools, farms to visit and food workshops to participate in.

There are also a whole realm of farmers markets abundant with fresh fruit and vegetables and plenty of unique foodie produce.
