We are a unique mixed business located in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. Firstly I am a retreat caterer and I am passionate about food as medicine, making everything from scratch with quality ingredients. At our shop we bake slow ferment sourdough bread, hand made sourdough pastries, fruit buns and cookies. For people with food sensitivities we offer gluten free and vegan cakes and bread. We have a simple breakfast menu for the residents of the resort we are located. We also offer ready made meals to provide people with healthy dinner options. I have a background in Organic Farming and I value making clean healthy food for my family and the community.
