Gourmet Garnishes is a boutique horticultural business based in the Noosa hinterland. We grow seasonally and follow organic and sustainably grown principles as much as possible. Our food philosophy is based on sustainably quality – not volume. As a seasonal grower our supply varies on the time of year, please call to enquire what is currently in season.

We currently grow the following flowers, herbs and decorative leaves: floral mix; borage; violas and pansies, amaranth, dahlia, miniature roses & rose petals, snapdragons, begonia, calendula/marigolds, geraniums, dianthus, cornflower, nasturtiums and fizz flowers (acmella oleracea), pineapple sage, society garlic, anise hyssop, selection of unusual mints and Mexican tarragon.

We don’t sell direct to the public, but can supply wholesalers, restaurants and catering businesses (subject to location and minimum orders).”
